Tracey Coughlan

Tracey Coughlan is a seasoned professional in sustainable destination development, currently serving as Manager of Destination Development at NEOM since October 2024. Prior to this role, Coughlan held various managerial positions at Fáilte Ireland between 2004 and 2024, overseeing product development, food tourism, and brand experience initiatives, significantly contributing to national tourism strategies like the Wild Atlantic Way. Previous experience includes roles as General Manager at Hotel Mimozas Resort Cannes, project management for international sales programs, and project management of the Adventure Travel World Summit 2014. Coughlan holds multiple degrees, including a Bachelor's in Business and Management, an MBA, and a postgraduate degree in Sustainable Destination Development, along with credentials in executive coaching.
