Tracy Elwick

Tracy Elwick (MCIM) is a seasoned professional in communications and marketing with a diverse background spanning over two decades. Currently, Tracy serves as Director and Head of Market Engagement - Design & Construction at NEOM since July 2021. Previously, Tracy held the position of Global Head of Communications at ADSS and served in various roles at BNP Paribas, including Head of Corporate Communications for the Middle East & Africa. Early career experience includes marketing leadership roles at CIPFA, the Association of Independent Financial Advisors, and other organizations. Tracy's educational qualifications include a Chartered Marketer designation from CIM and a degree in International Business from the University of Sunderland International Business School.
