Yana Ermak

Yana Ermak is an experienced legal professional currently serving as the Director of the Legal Department at NEOM since June 2022. Prior to this role, Yana held positions at Baker McKenzie from September 2015 to April 2022, progressing from Senior Associate to Partner. Yana's earlier career includes serving as an Associate in the Business Law Group at Cassels Brock & Blackwell LLP from 2006 to 2012, and as an Associate in the Competition Antitrust and Foreign Investment Group at Blake, Cassels & Graydon LLP from 2005 to 2006. Yana began a career in law as an Articling Student/Associate at Norton Rose from 2002 to 2005. Academic credentials include a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from the University of Toronto obtained between 1999 and 2002 and a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in History of Fine Art from the same institution, earned from 1991 to 1995.
