Cailin Lin

Cailin Lin is a research associate at Neomorph, Inc., specializing in lead discovery and cell-based high-throughput screening since October 2023. Prior to this role, Cailin held various positions at CTK Biotech, Inc., including reagents production leader, research associate, and research assistant from March 2020 to October 2023. Cailin has also worked as a teaching assistant and camp counselor at Digital Media Academy, an instructor at San Diego Co-Op Charter School, and has experience in customer service as a cashier and waitress. Cailin co-founded Party Animals Face Painting and served as a specially designed academic instruction tutor for the Mountain View-Los Altos Union High School District. Cailin earned a Bachelor of Science in Physiology and Neuroscience, along with a minor in Art (Speculative Design) from UC San Diego.
