Neon Arena Services is a Birmingham-based live sports and music events company operating from the NEC Complex and Utilita Arena Birmingham.

Sports Floors
Neon specialises in supplying, building, and storing temporary sports floors, including both wood and vinyl options. The company has over 4,000 m² of Junckers beech flooring and a Haro netball court, frequently used in major events like the Commonwealth Games and the Netball World Cup.

Neon Arena Services is the official Event Flooring Installation Supplier for England Netball and the Netball Super League, Official Floor Provider for Wales Netball, and Official Sponsor of Birmingham Panthers, the local netball club. This unique position allows the team to install multiple courts each week during the season. Neon is also supplying and installing courts at the 2026 Commonwealth Games in Glasgow. Additionally, the company manages and builds the Mondo indoor athletics track and provides event support for athletics competitions, including the Keely Classic.

Since 2015, Neon has handled storage and logistics for UK Sport, including equipment, podiums, and marketing materials for major events.

Crew
In live music, Neon provides technical crew and forklift operators for BP Pulse Arena and Arena Birmingham, managing the setup and breakdown for all events. 
The team also holds a contract with the NEC Group to transport and assemble £1.4 million worth of temporary seating.

Exhibitions
More recently, Neon has expanded into the exhibition sector, offering labour, storage, and logistics for global exhibition contractors. The team supply skilled crew, including carpenters, electricians, and B-Matrix builders, ensuring professional event delivery from start to finish.
