Sean Downs

Sean Downs has extensive experience in the packaging and printing industries, having held various leadership roles since 1992. As the Owner of NEON Packaging since January 2021, Sean oversees the operations and strategies of the company. Previously, Sean founded and served as Sales Director for Smart Group Enterprises from 1999 to July 2021, and also held the position of Founder and Sales and Marketing Director at Smartbag Australia from 2003 to January 2020, contributing to the development of comprehensive service offerings. Earlier, Sean founded Colorcraft Printing in 1999, focusing on revitalizing marketing and adapting to industry changes, and served as Director of Sales and Marketing at Bolder Image Printing from 1992 to 1999. Throughout these roles, Sean has demonstrated a commitment to integrating new technologies in design, marketing, and supply solutions.
