Raphael Bink

Raphael Bink is currently the Head of Customer Data and Analytics at neon. Prior to this role, Raphael was a Senior Consultant at AWK Group AG, where Raphael led data science projects specializing in Industrial Analytics and Supply Chain Analytics. Raphael also served as a Projektleiter Industrial Analytics at Saint-Gobain, leading Data Analytics projects, implementing Machine Learning applications, and defining IT architectures for ML operationalization in the industrial sector. With a Master of Science in Wirtschaftsinformatik from Technische Universität Dresden and a Bachelor of Science in Wirtschaftsinformatik, Raphael has a strong educational background to support their extensive experience in data analytics and machine learning.
