NEON is a collective of the brightest strategists, thinkers and planners unified by the belief that great strategy illuminates the way forwards for brands.

Like neon, opportunity is inert until someone captures it and gives it life. We’re the bright sparks that provide new ways of thinking that disrupt the norm and ignite change from within.

HOW WE WORK

We bring a different kind of energy.

It shines through both our work and our ways of working.

We believe inspiring outputs come not just from great inputs and stand-out thinking but from genuine, vibrant partnership - both between ourselves and with our clients.

We pride ourselves on developing honest, open relationships and on becoming an extension of our client’s teams. We don’t believe in ego, but in an agile and flexible way of working that allows the work to shine. And we like to have fun along the way.

WHAT WE DO

We spark new ways of thinking.

Our models of thinking are underpinned by robust evidence drawn from category, consumer and cultural truths. We illuminate these with clear and engaging strategic stories.

Based in London but working globally, our approach to each and every challenge is bespoke. We draw on our 20+ years of experience working across consumer insight, cultural innovation, behaviour change, brand strategy, creative development, communications planning, and impact evaluation to craft approaches that help our clients grow, have impact and achieve their goals.
