Perry Lim is an accomplished executive with a diverse background in military and corporate leadership. After serving 28 years as a Military Officer in the Singapore Armed Forces, Perry transitioned to the private sector, joining Royal Golden Eagle as Executive Director in 2019. They held various key roles there, including managing a paper mill and overseeing corporate IT and digital functions, before moving to NEON Global in 2024 as EVP Global Production & Operations, where they are responsible for production, operations, and business development across multiple countries. Perry also has advanced degrees from INSEAD and a Bachelor of Arts in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Cambridge.
