Ryan Lu is an accomplished professional in the entertainment and cultural sectors, currently serving as General Manager and Director of China Operations at NEON since August 2019. Prior to this, Ryan co-founded and held the position of COO at Beijing Starclouds Entertainment, overseeing various aspects of operations, marketing, and finance, successfully launching prominent IP exhibitions. Previous roles include Director of Performance & Entertainment Center at Titan Cultural Commercial Tourism and Assistant Resident Artistic Director at Wuhan Wanda Dragone Performing Arts. Ryan’s career also encompasses project management at Wanda Arts and Entertainment Management, and international event coordination with China Federation of Literary and Art Circles and the China Acrobats Association. An early career included editorial responsibilities for China Acrobatics and Magic Magazine and serving as Secretary to the President for the Organizing Committee of the World Championships of Magic. Ryan Lu holds a Bachelor of Arts in English Language and Literature from Beijing Information Science & Technology University.
