Raphael Grubauer

Raphael Grubauer is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in sales operations and partner development. Serving as Sales Operation Manager at neoom from July 2025 to October 2023, Raphael managed project execution and process optimization within sales and marketing, identified bottlenecks, and facilitated reporting and controlling. This role involved cross-functional collaboration with various departments and providing operational support to the Chief Business Officer. Prior to this, Raphael worked as a Partner Developer, focusing on B2B partner acquisition and support. Earlier in the career, Raphael was a Junior Sales Operation Manager at Bio- und Wellnessresort Stanglwirt and trained as a hotel specialist.
