Benjamin Bender

Benjamin Bender MBA has extensive work experience in various companies and roles. Benjamin started their career at Pepperl+Fuchs GmbH in 2008 as a Personalreferent, where they worked until 2011. Benjamin then joined TRUMPF as a Referent HR from September 2011 to June 2015. In 2015, they joined TARGOBANK as a Prokurist and HR Generalist, and worked there until March 2018. In 2012, Benjamin also took on the role of Dozent / Lehrbeauftragter at Duale Hochschule Baden-Württemberg, where they are still currently employed. Benjamin's most recent position is at Neoperl GmbH, where they started as the Head HR support / Deputy Head HR in April 2018 and later became the Head of Human Resources in January 2019.

Benjamin Bender MBA completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a specialization in HR Management & Consulting from Pforzheim University, where they studied from 2010 to 2012. Prior to their MBA, they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration (BWL) from DHBW Mannheim, graduating between 2005 to 2008 with a diploma in Business Administration (Dipl. Betriebswirt).
