Dave Fleming

Dave Fleming is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in business development and sales leadership across various companies in the skin care, wellness, and nutrition sectors. Currently serving as Executive VP of Business Development at Neora since August 2022, Dave oversees digital strategy, international business, and global field development. As the founder of DF Strategy, Dave has advised companies ranging from startups to those with revenues exceeding $1 billion on growth strategies and profitability since January 2008. Previous roles include Chief Sales Officer at Norwex and Senior Vice President of Field Development at LifeVantage Corporation, along with significant positions at OSIX, Shaklee Corporation, EIRO Research, Univera, Inc., and Nu Skin. Dave holds an MBA in Marketing and Entrepreneurship from Brigham Young University Marriott School of Business and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Brigham Young University.
