Matt Phelps

Matt Phelps is an experienced professional with a background in human resources and customer support. Currently serving as the Director of HR & Global Customer Support at Neora since March 2014, Matt has developed expertise in managing customer relations and supporting organizational growth. Prior to this role, Matt worked as a Router at Reddy Ice from April 2021 to June 2023 and as a Client Services Manager at WorldVentures from March 2008 to January 2014. Matt holds an Associate of Arts degree in General Studies from Collin College, completed between January 2019 and December 2021.
