Daniela All

Daniela All has extensive work experience in the field of human resources. Daniela currently works at NEORIS as a Talent Acquisition Lead Specialist for CHI & PER. Prior to this role, they were a Recruiter for Chile and Peru at NEORIS. Daniela also worked as a Freelance Researcher at Boyden and as a Freelance Selection Psychologist at Inmobiliaria Alonso y Ascui SPA. From 2013 to 2017, Daniela was the HR Manager at MMD Management Consulting and Services C.A. Daniela also served as an Associate Director at Doxa Human Resources, where they provided HR consultation services to companies. Earlier in their career, they worked as a Psychologist at Fundación Misión Negra Hipólita and as an HR Specialist at MMD Management Consulting and Services. Daniela began their career as an Analyst of Recruitment and Selection at Accenture and as an HR Consultant at HUMANET. Daniela also had a short internship in HR at Servicio Pan Americano de Protección.

Daniela All completed their Master's degree in Human Resources and International Relations Management with honors (cum laude) from UCAB - Universidad Católica Andrés Bello between 2007 to 2010. In 2012 to 2014, they pursued a specialization in Clinical Psychology at Hospital Militar Carlos Arvelo, focusing on mental health clinics. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from UCAB - Universidad Católica Andrés Bello from 2000 to 2006, with a specialization in Human Resources and International Relations Management. Daniela also holds a certification in Labor Inclusion Management from ChileValora, obtained in July 2023.
