Federico Welsh

Federico Welsh has a diverse work experience starting in 2000 as a lawyer for Ford Motor Credit Company. Federico then worked as a Senior Lawyer for General Motors from 2006 to 2007. From 2007 to 2011, Federico worked as a lawyer at Estudio Cambiaso & Ferrari. Federico then joined Adecco Argentina S.A. as a Legal Affairs Manager from 2011 to 2015. In 2015, they joined Accenture as a Labor & Employment Senior Manager for Hispanic South America & Mexico, and later became the Human Resources Director for the Hispanic South America region. Currently, Federico serves as the Chief Human Capital Officer at NEORIS since 2023.

Federico Welsh completed their education at St'Leonard's College, where they earned a Bachiller degree from 1982 to 1993. Federico then attended Pontificia Universidad Católica Argentina 'Santa María de los Buenos Aires' from 1994 to 2000, where they obtained a degree in Law. Finally, in 2006 to 2007, they pursued a Master's degree in Business Law at Universidad Austral in Buenos Aires.
