Felipe Contreras

Felipe Contreras has extensive work experience in the field of cybersecurity. Felipe currently holds the position of SME Technical Lead (Cyber Security) at NEORIS since 2023. Prior to that, they worked as a Cyber Security Sr Analyst at NEORIS from 2022 to 2023. Before joining NEORIS, they worked at ADL Digital Lab as an Especialista en Seguridad de la Información y Ciberseguridad from 2022 to 2022, and as an Analista de Seguridad de la Información y Ciberseguridad from 2020 to 2022. Felipe also worked at Banco Pichincha Colombia as an Analista de Seguridad de la Información y Ciberseguridad from 2019 to 2020. Earlier in their career, they worked at IT Security Services as a Consultor en Seguridad de la Información (Especialista GRC) from 2018 to 2019, and as an Analista de Seguridad from 2017 to 2018. Felipe'searliest work experience was at Family Park S.A. where they worked as a Promotor from 2013 to 2017.

Felipe Contreras obtained a Master's degree in Computer Security from Universidad de La Rioja in 2020. Previously, they completed a specialization in Information Security from Fundación Universitaria Juan de Castellanos in 2018. Felipe also holds a Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, which they earned from Fundación Universitaria Juan de Castellanos in 2017. In terms of certifications, Felipe has completed several courses, including AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner, Scrum Foundations Professional Certificate, and Auditor Interno de Sistemas de Gestión de Seguridad de la Información ISO 27001:2013. Felipe has also obtained certifications in various cybersecurity and technology-related areas from institutions such as Amazon Web Services (AWS), Cisco Networking Academy, TENABLE UNIVERSITY, and Bureau Veritas Group.
