Marcelo Costa

Marcelo Costa is a seasoned professional with over 20 years of experience at NEORIS, currently serving as the Head of SAP Practice and CRM Solutions. In this role, Marcelo leads global P&L initiatives for SAP and CRM, including MSFT Dynamics and Salesforce, while managing the business roadmap and improving SAP processes. Previously, Marcelo held various leadership positions at NEORIS, including Strategic Alliances and Analyst Relations, Managing Director for NEORIS Brazil, and Chief Marketing Officer, overseeing extensive teams and strategies for growth. Additional experience includes roles in sales and marketing at MLab, Unibanco, and BankBoston, complemented by a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from FAAP. Marcelo also contributed as a Board Member of the Nearshore Executive Alliance, promoting best practices in the Nearshore industry in the Americas.
