Nir Kaldero

Nir Kaldero is the Chief Data, Analytics, & AI Officer at Neoris and a tireless advocate for transforming education and reshaping the field of data science. Nir's vision and mission is to make an impact on a wide variety of communities through education, science, and technology.

Among Nir's many achievements, they have been the chief developer of the Data Science for Executive Training program. The program was designed to train senior executives to be more familiar with data science and the potential impact it could have on their organization. Nir has been named an IBM Analytics Champion 2017, a prestigious honor given to leaders in the field of science, technology, engineering, and math (STEM). Nir is frequently featured as a Keynote speaker at conferences and other data-science related industry events across the world.

At Galvanize Inc., Nir served as Head of Data Science and the Program Director of the GalvanizeU Master’s of Science in Data Science program. In this role, they were responsible for establishing Galvanize as the clear market leader in Data Science B2B and B2C training. Nir also represented Galvanize Data Science and acquired and converted enterprise clients.

Nir earned their undergraduate degree in computer science from the Technion - Israel Institute of Technology. Nir also holds a master's degree in data science from Northeastern University.

Nir Kaldero is a scholar and pre-doctoral student in economics at the University of California, Berkeley. Nir is also a visiting student in the Berkeley Economics Semester Abroad Program (BESAP). Nir has a B.A. in economics and business administration from Reichman University (IDC Herzliya). Nir has received certification from IBM as an IBM Champion for five years, from 2018 to 2020.

Nir Kaldero reports to Martin Mendez, CEO. They are on a team with Fernando Fronza - VP, South America Region, Jaime Peñaranda - Managing Director & Global Head Financial Services, and Jose Lolo Longinotti - Global Managing Director.
