Oleg Lych is a seasoned professional in the field of enterprise architecture with extensive experience across multiple leading companies. Currently a Senior Solution Architect at NEORIS since December 2016, Oleg previously held positions at KPMG as an Associate Manager in the Enterprise Architecture Stream and at Capgemini as a Managing IT Consultant in the same stream. Oleg has also served as Lead Application Competency Center at Home Credit International and Erste Group, and has experience as a Solution Architect and IT Specialist in various streams. Oleg began the career path as an Analyst Programmer at Accenture and as a Russian Market Business Representative at Oracle. Oleg holds an MBA from TU Dresden and multiple degrees in Information Technology from Prague University of Economics and Business and the University of Economics, Prague.
