Robert Sweaney

Robert Sweaney is an experienced professional in property management and strategic leadership, currently serving as a Senior Advisor at Neos Partners since July 2023. As the President of Sweaney Properties LLC since December 2001, Robert has cultivated a robust background in property management. Prior to this, Robert held significant leadership roles, including President at Anord-Mardix Group from April 2018 to December 2022, and VP and General Manager at Anord Critical Power from September 2014 to April 2018. Robert also served as President and CEO of Power Distribution Inc. from December 1996 to September 2014 and was Plant Manager at CompAir from June 1989 to December 1996. Robert holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Virginia Military Institute, where education took place from 1984 to 1987.
