We work exclusively within the semiconductor ecosystem, partnering with founders, executives, and investors behind some of the world’s most ambitious startups, often backed by leading VCs, across:

- Core semiconductors: Custom silicon, RF, photonics, memory, packaging
- AI & accelerated compute: Hardware-constrained AI, quantum, neuromorphic
- Next-gen systems: Optical, high-speed interconnects, edge & embedded devices
- Sensing & interfaces: MEMS, biosensors, imaging
- Enabling infrastructure: EDA, materials, IP, semicap, chiplets
- Deeptech spinouts: IP-first startups from labs, R&D, or corporate ventures

Our success stems from deep industry insight and close collaboration with founders. By aligning with each company’s growth stage, technical roadmap, and hiring priorities, we provide recruitment solutions that are fast, cost-effective, and founder-friendly.
