Nick Zelei

Nick Zelei began their work experience in 2013 as a Software Developer Internship at Marathon Petroleum Corporation, where they collaborated with chemical engineers to develop in-house software solutions. In 2014, they joined BlueBolt as a Web Application Developer until 2016. Nick then joined Garmin International as a Software Engineer from 2016 to 2019. In 2019, they joined Newfront, where they held multiple roles, including Software Engineer, Senior Software Engineer, Software Engineer Technical Lead, and Staff Software Engineer. At Newfront, they created and led the core platform team and was responsible for core platform services, infrastructure, and shared code between microservices. In 2022, Nick Zelei co-founded Nucleus, where they currently serve as the CTO.

Nick Zelei completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from The University of Findlay between 2010 and 2014. Following this, they pursued a Master of Science (M.S.) degree in Computer Science at the Georgia Institute of Technology, which they successfully obtained between 2017 and 2021.
