Shaw Vrana

Shaw Vrana has a diverse work experience in the software engineering field. Shaw started their career at Riverbed Technology in 2005, where they held the role of Member of Technical Staff for six years before becoming a Software Engineering Manager. In 2012, they joined Lookout, where they worked as a Senior Software Engineer, specializing in Android development and Ruby backend web development. Shaw then moved on to Wish - Shopping made fun! in 2015, where they served as a Software Engineer for four years. In 2019, Shaw became a Founding Engineer and Head of Software Engineering at Synthesis AI. After a year at Synthesis AI, Shaw joined ConductorOne as a Founding Software Engineer. Currently, they are serving as a Founding Software Engineer at Nucleus (YC S22) since November 2022.

Shaw Vrana completed a Bachelor of Science degree at Vanderbilt University from 1995 to 1999. During this time, their studies encompassed the fields of Philosophy and Computer Science.
