Bachar Salame

Bachar Salame is an experienced asset management engineer currently employed at NEoT since March 2021, focusing on the development of processes for tracking and analyzing asset performance, including data extraction, KPI definition, and dashboard creation. Prior experience includes a university project at INSA Rouen Normandie, where mathematical applications in finance were explored, and an internship in numerical analysis and simulations at the University of Lisbon, involving numerical methods for differential equations. Additionally, participation in an entrepreneurship-focused initiative at Les Entrep'​ fostered teamwork and communication skills. Bachar holds an engineer's degree in Applied Mathematics and Computer Science from Institut national des Sciences appliquées de Rouen, and multiple master's degrees from Université de Rouen, emphasizing banking, insurance, and financial risk management, as well as fundamental and applied mathematics.
