Philippe RINGENBACH currently serves as Directeur général at NEoT Capital, which focuses on financing energy transition strategies for public and private clients. With extensive experience at EDF from 1993 to 2019, Philippe held multiple senior positions including Directeur Investissements et Entrepreneuriat at EDF Pulse Croissance, where responsibilities included intrapreneurship project incubation and startup participation, and General Manager of EDF Corporate Venture. Philippe also led risk management initiatives for EDF, ensuring the group's exposure to energy market price fluctuations was effectively managed, and established a comprehensive risk management policy that resulted in substantial financial protections. Philippe's earlier roles included managing electric supply offerings for large European clients and overseeing technical connection activities for industrial customers. Additionally, Philippe was a Partner at Electranova Capital, co-managing a portfolio focused on cleantech investments. Philippe holds engineering degrees from Centrale Lille and a Master's in Marketing from HEC Paris.
