Boyd James has over 27 years of experience in the manufacturing industry. Boyd is currently the Business Unit Director at NEOTech since March 2020. Before that, they worked at OnCore Manufacturing Services, LLC as a Program Manager from August 2009 to March 2020. Prior to that, they held various roles at Sanmina-SCI, including Program Manager, Technical Support Engineer, and Senior Process Engineer. Boyd has a strong track record of aggressively driving production schedules, meeting quality and cost objectives, providing direction to team members, and resolving build and quality issues in new product introduction projects. Boyd also has experience in generating design feedback and designing custom process tooling.
Boyd James obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Colorado State University, where they studied from 1987 to 1992. Boyd also acquired a Professional Engineer (PE) certification from the Colorado Department of Regulatory Agencies in the year 2001.
