Wayne Fite

Wayne Fite has extensive work experience in various engineering roles. Wayne started their career at Alcatel-Lucent in 1985 as a Member of Technical Staff, where they researched and developed backplane technology for broadband products. Wayne then moved on to Panduit Corp. in 2005, working as a Hardware Engineer, developing Power over Ethernet devices and conducting SPICE modeling and analysis. In 2007, Fite joined Texas Instruments as an Analog Field Applications engineer, responsible for generating product ideas based on customer interaction and providing technical support to sales teams. Since 2013, they have been working at NEOTech as a Lead Design Engineer.

Wayne Fite completed their Bachelor of Science in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from DeVry University between 1982 and 1985. Wayne then pursued further education and obtained a Master of Science in Electronics from the Illinois Institute of Technology between 1986 and 1992.
