Canada's buildings and industrial facilities are under pressure from three directions at once: rising energy costs, tightening carbon regulations, and the growing demand to support EV charging and grid flexibility — all without the capital budget for full infrastructure replacement.

NeoTechX was built for exactly this moment.

We are a Grid-Interactive Energy Middleware platform. Our software sits seamlessly between a facility's existing infrastructure (legacy BMS, SCADA, industrial controllers) and the demands of Canada's evolving smart grid. We do not replace what is already there. We make it work harder, smarter, and grid-ready.

💡 Delivering Measurable Business Outcomes:
Powered by our universal protocol engine (BACnet, Modbus, DNP3, IEC 104, Profibus), we turn existing data into action:

📉 Reduce OpEx — AI-driven load optimization and automated demand charge reduction.
🛑 Avoid CapEx Upgrades — Smart EV charging management without costly electrical panel or transformer upgrades.
✅ Automate ESG Compliance — Real-time energy visibility and automated reporting for EWRB and BEPS.
💰 Grid Participation Readiness — Automated Demand Response (BC Hydro, IESO) and preparing facilities for future utility programs — without regulatory obligations.

🛡️ Utility-Grade Security (IT meets OT):
Connecting to legacy systems requires absolute trust. Unlike cloud-only startups, NeoTechX operates securely at the edge. We deliver 100% data sovereignty, fail-safe local execution, and IEC 62351/TLS compliant cybersecurity.

📍 Who We Serve:
SMEs, commercial real estate, multi-unit residential buildings (MURBs), and industrial facilities across Canada.

No hardware replacement. No vendor lock-in.
NeoTechX. The missing layer between your facility and the smart grid
