In 1985, a visionary civil engineer, Mr. R.D. Gupta, laid the foundation of Neoteric Properties with a dream to transform the way Gwalior lives and grows. What began as a single step into real estate has today become the city’s largest and most trusted developer, with over 65+ landmark projects delivered across four decades.

From the start, our philosophy was simple don’t just build structures create communities. Guided by innovation, quality and sustainability, every project we’ve crafted reflects this promise.

Over the years, we’ve built more than 6 million sq. ft. of world-class spaces, generated ₹1500+ crore investor profit, and earned the trust of 10,000+ families who proudly call our developments their home.

Whether it’s residential communities like Garden City, NG Grande, Nature Park, Regal Garden and Gulmohar City or commercial hubs that fuel business growth, Neoteric Properties continues to set benchmarks with cutting-edge construction, eco-friendly design, and vibrant living experiences.

Today, as we move forward, our story is still being written with every new project, every new family, and every new dream that finds a home with us.
