Dave Kelly

Dave Kelly is an experienced Information Security Engineer currently with Neovera since January 2025, specializing in various penetration testing methodologies, including red team assessments and social engineering. Prior to this role, Dave worked at 10-D Security from August 2017 to January 2025, where responsibilities included conducting penetration testing and security vulnerability assessments. Dave's career began as a Technology Support Consultant II at KDOT from May 2001 to January 2006, providing technical support and researching new technologies. Additionally, as a Senior Systems Engineer at Mize Houser & Company P.A. from January 2006 to August 2017, Dave led network and server systems support and disaster recovery efforts. Early career experience also includes customer service and technical support roles at Waters True Value Hardware from May 1998 to May 2002. Dave holds dual Bachelor's degrees in Management Information Systems and Human Resources Management from Kansas State University.
