Previously, Joann worked as a Compliance Auditor at 10-D Security from February 2017 to June 2024, focusing on the regulatory audit needs of financial institutions. Prior roles include Compliance Officer at Alterra Bank and VP, BSA Officer at Dickinson Financial Corporation - Academy Bank, where responsibilities included administering the BSA program and ensuring compliance across affiliated banks. Joann's career began at the FDIC as an Examiner, where examinations addressed safety and soundness and compliance with consumer laws. Joann holds a Bachelor's Degree in Finance from Fort Hays State University.
