NEOVIVA is a private recovery clinic led by a team of experts in addiction and co-occurring affective disorders such as depression and anxiety. Based on the shores of Lake Lucerne in Switzerland, and serving an international clientele, we deliver discreet, highly individualised care grounded in clinical excellence, compassion, and proven expertise.

Our multidisciplinary team provides evidence-based treatment tailored to each person’s unique needs—combining psychiatry, psychotherapy, medical support, and complementary therapies into one integrated programme. We treat addiction in context, addressing both the symptoms and the underlying emotional and psychological factors.

We specialise in supporting individuals facing complex challenges, such as substance dependency or behavioural addiction alongside co-occurring conditions like anxiety, emotional dysregulation, depression or trauma. Our work is intensive, confidential, and always personalised — offering the highest standard of care in a safe and supportive setting.

NEOVIVA is fully licensed by Swiss authorities and operates in full compliance with all clinical and ethical standards. We are also the only recovery clinic to offer a treatment guarantee, reflecting our confidence in the effectiveness of our approach and our commitment to long-term outcomes.

At NEOVIVA, recovery means more than just abstinence. It requires clarity, trust, long-term strategy, and a highly skilled team walking alongside each client. From initial assessment to aftercare planning, everything we do is designed to support sustainable recovery, emotional resilience, and personal transformation.

Changing lives is not just what we do. It’s what drives us.
