James (Yongmun) (원용문) Won has developed extensive experience in the gaming industry, holding senior positions at several notable companies. At NEOWIZ, James has served as Head of Department and previously worked as a Lead Programmer. James also contributed to NEOWIZ PLAY STUDIO as Team Lead and Senior Programmer. Prior to these roles, James was the Director at Capcom Entertainment Korea and worked as a Lead Programmer at CJIG.
