It was formally established and registered with the Office of the Company Registrar in the State of Nepal on August 12, 2012 AD,  under License No. / 95908 / 069 /070. It is widely recognized as one of the prominent associations in Nepal due to its comprehensive approach. Additionally, its projects exhibit diversity both in terms of type and geographical coverage.
