David Barnes, CFA, CAIA, is a Senior Investment Consultant at NEPC, a position held since October 2011, bringing over two decades of investment consulting experience. Barnes began the investment career in 2000 and has expertise in servicing public and corporate pension plans, as well as endowments and foundations. Prior to joining NEPC, Barnes worked as an Investment Consultant at Watson Wyatt Investment Consulting from August 2006 to May 2010 and at Hewitt Investment Group from September 2000 to July 2006. Barnes earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from Georgia Southern University between 1996 and 2000.
