nepf was founded in 2018 by Andrea Schnepf after 14 years at Accenture, where she built and led their global Digital Talent and Organization consulting practice. That practitioner background shapes everything about how we work: we have lived the complexity our clients face, and we bring that experience into every engagement.
We are based in the US and work with some of the world's largest companies. We are not a staffing firm and we are not a traditional change management consultancy. We are practitioners who help leaders make transformation work.
