nepf is a boutique management consulting firm that helps Fortune 1000 companies navigate their most complex transformation challenges. We work with senior leaders in life sciences, retail, and technology to turn ambitious strategies into measurable results.
Our work focuses on three areas where execution matters most and where organizations most often stall:
AI Adoption and Operating Model Design. Most AI initiatives fail not because of the technology, but because organizations skip the hard work of connecting AI to business strategy, redesigning how decisions get made, and building the governance and capability to sustain it. We help executive teams move from AI ambition to real, scaled impact.
M&A Integration. The people, culture, and operational side of post-merger integration is where deals succeed or fall apart. Our team has led integration efforts across multiple multi-billion-dollar acquisitions, ensuring that organizational alignment and change readiness happen at the speed the deal requires.
Transformation Execution and Change Capability. When transformations stall, it is rarely because the strategy was wrong. It is because the organization was not equipped to execute it. We work alongside leadership teams to rebuild momentum, close execution gaps, and develop lasting internal change capability so organizations do not need us forever.
nepf was founded in 2018 by Andrea Schnepf after 14 years at Accenture, where she built and led their global Digital Talent and Organization consulting practice. That practitioner background shapes everything about how we work: we have lived the complexity our clients face, and we bring that experience into every engagement.
We are based in the US and work with some of the world's largest companies. We are not a staffing firm and we are not a traditional change management consultancy. We are practitioners who help leaders make transformation work.
