Naeem Rahim

Naeem Rahim, MD FASN, is a cofounder and Chief Medical Officer at Nephrolytics, Inc., where they lead efforts to integrate artificial intelligence into nephrology to enhance kidney care. They have been a nephrologist at the Idaho Kidney Institute since 2005, serving as the largest provider of kidney disease care in Southeast Idaho. Naeem also holds the role of Medical Director for home dialysis programs at both the Idaho Kidney Center and Pocatello Medical Partners, ensuring superior care for dialysis patients at home. Additionally, they founded the JRM Foundation of Humanity and play a pivotal role in the Idaho Hometown Heroes initiative, recognized for their community contributions. Naeem completed their nephrology training at New York Medical College after earning their MBBS from Aga Khan University.
