Shweta M.

Shweta M. is currently the Head of HR at NephroPlus, where they drive people strategy and growth in dialysis care. With experience spanning various industries, Shweta previously held HR leadership roles at Medfin and Tiny Mart, the latter where they also managed legal and corporate strategic partnerships. Before these positions, Shweta served as a Senior Human Resources and People Manager at Furdo and worked as a Senior Human Resources Analyst at Accenture. Shweta holds a postgraduate degree in Human Resources Management from XLRI Jamshedpur and is currently pursuing another postgraduate degree there in PGDHRM.
