NEPIRC is a private not-for-profit corporation that provides world-class consulting and technical assistance services exclusively to the small and mid-sized manufacturing community of northeastern and the northern tier of Pennsylvania. 

Our goal is to empower our clients to maximize their revenue, productivity, profitability and overall competitiveness by helping them implement strategic initiatives that yield immediate returns on their investment and can be maintained over the long term. This, in turn, creates and sustains well-paying regional manufacturing jobs.

Through our statewide and national network of affiliates, we bring the expertise of over 1,600 manufacturing specialists to each of our engagements - a depth of experience and knowledge that rivals any national consulting firm - all scaled for the small and mid-sized manufacturing market. 

All of our engagements are custom-built to suit individual client needs and delivered at levels of investment and resource requirements that are practical for the companies we're honored to serve. 

According to the U.S. Department of Commerce and PA Department of Community & Economic Development, our engagements enabled our clients to realize $165.4 million in increased revenue, eliminate over $16.6 million of non-personnel related costs and invest over $25.5 million in regional expansion over the past year. 

Most importantly, our clients created and maintained a total of 1,302 manufacturing jobs that would have otherwise been lost. We believe we serve the most meaningful sector of our regional economy - manufacturing - and we do so with passion, energy and ability that is unrivaled.
