Barbara L. has extensive experience in recruitment and human resources, currently serving as an IT Recruiter at NEPTA since October 2019. Responsibilities include profile analysis, job description drafting, job posting, CV screening, active scouting, conducting interviews, and presenting suitable candidates to clients. Prior to this, Barbara worked as a Human Resources Recruiter at HRform, where duties involved talent sourcing, e-recruiting, CV screening, and conducting preliminary interviews, alongside participating in technical interviews and providing contractual advice. Before transitioning to HR, Barbara served as an attorney at Studio Legale LO DUCA from 2011 to February 2019. Educational qualifications include a Law degree from Luiss Guido Carli University and an Executive Master in HR Administration and Management from Sida Group. Additional training was completed at Dublin City University in 2017.
