James Beam

James Beam is an experienced mechanical engineer with a robust background in new product development and project life cycle management within manufacturing environments. Currently serving as Senior Engineer II at Neptune Technology Group since March 2019, James has previously held various engineering roles, including Senior Project Engineer I. Prior experience includes leadership positions at Progress Rail, VT Miltope, AES Industries, Sunbeam Products, and Rheem Manufacturing, where responsibilities encompassed developing specialized equipment and ensuring compliance with industry standards. James holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Auburn University, complemented by pre-engineering studies at Northeast Alabama Community College.
