Joanna Nickerson is an accomplished innovation strategist and builder of resilient, equitable futures, known for driving social innovation and fostering community impact through entrepreneurship and strategic partnerships. They founded GTFO Adventure Club to empower women+ through adventure and served as Social Innovation Manager at the Pond-Deshpande Centre. Currently, Joanna holds the role of Strategic Growth & Impact Lead at Neralake, while also co-founding the Social Entrepreneurship Enclave. Joanna earned a Master of Business Administration from the University of New Brunswick, where they also worked as a Graduate Teaching Assistant, and completed a Bachelor of Applied Arts in Photography.
