Kai Randles

Kai Randles has extensive work experience in various roles, primarily in media, entertainment, and technical support.

In 2015, Randles founded and served as the Company Director and Owner of WeDJ4U, a leading events provider in Buckinghamshire. Randles offered personalized consultations and managed a team of highly trained DJs.

From 2020 to 2022, Randles worked at Global Academy, initially as a Technical Support Specialist and later as an IT, Broadcast & Media Support Specialist. In these roles, Randles managed media and broadcast technical support and engineering, including the maintenance and training of staff and students on the cutting-edge broadcast facilities.

Randles also gained experience in the radio industry, serving as a Station Manager & Brand Co-Ordinator at Youths Choice @ Global Academy. Randles oversaw the daily operations and produced the Breakfast Show, showcasing technical skills in various software and studio equipment.

From 2014 to 2019, Randles held multiple positions at Radio Christmas, including Managing Broadcast Engineer, Output, Technical Solutions Manager, Lead Web Developer, Lead App Developer, and Broadcast System Engineer. Responsibilities included managing broadcasting operations, resolving technical issues, implementing software, and ensuring smooth day-to-day running of the station.

Randles volunteered at Street Kids Direct, contributing as a Digital Managing Editor and supporting the organization's mission to help vulnerable children. Additionally, Randles provided technical support and expertise as a Technical Support Lead at Amersham Youth, ensuring safe and efficient use of IT equipment.

Furthermore, Randles worked as the Digital Content Manager for Mad About Friday's, a children's club in Amersham. Responsibilities involved creating and managing digital content for the club's online platforms.

In 2022, Randles established 4u Entertainment & Media Group, where they serve as the Operations Director. This evolved from the previous brand, WeDJ4U, offering services such as photography, web development, social media management, events, and marketing.

Randles's experience demonstrates a strong passion for the media industry, technical expertise, and a focus on providing excellent service to clients and organizations.

Kai Randles began their education at Amersham School in 2016, where they studied IT and Drama until 2019. Following this, they attended Global Academy from 2019 to 2023, where they focused on Arts, Entertainment, and Media Management. In September 2022, Kai obtained a Full UK Driving License from the Driver and Vehicle Licensing Agency (DVLA).
