Nerdmation is a professionally managed network of selected automation experts. We place engineers, programmers, and technical specialists into complex industrial projects for multinational automotive manufacturers, Tier 1 suppliers, and machinery companies across Europe and the US.

We are not a staffing agency. We are not a freelancer marketplace. We select every expert in our network not just for technical capability, but for motivation, independence, and the ability to integrate into high-pressure client environments. Our experts are assessed using elite performance evaluations before they are ever presented to a client.

Our core expertise is automation and controls engineering: PLC programming (Siemens, Beckhoff, Rockwell, Mitsubishi), robotics (ABB, KUKA, Fanuc, Staubli), and production line commissioning across automotive standards including Daimler, BMW, Tesla, Volkswagen, and General Motors. We also support enterprise software development, data platform engineering, and AI.

With over 400 selected professionals across 13 countries and 23 years of industry experience, we provide everything from single-expert placements to fully coordinated project teams. We handle all coordination, administration, and reporting so our clients stay focused on results.

Whether you are looking for engineering capacity for a critical project or you are a specialist looking for access to serious industrial work, we would like to hear from you.
