Matt Plavcan

Matthew Plavcan is a Senior Coach at Nerd/Noir and an Engineering Technical Coach at Tacit Focus, LLC, where Matthew focuses on enterprise transformation and technical practices adoption for software and hardware. Matthew also previously served as the Chief Technology Officer at VR Motion, where Matthew worked on improving driver training through virtual reality simulation. Matthew has a strong background in software and hardware development, with extensive experience at Intel Corporation in various roles such as Intel Innovation Hub Steward, Enterprise Technical Practices Coach, and Component Design Engineer. Matthew has a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
