Monica Sample

Monica Sample recently transitioned into the tech and cybersecurity industry after 25 years in the military, law enforcement, and security sectors. They completed a 10-month cybersecurity bootcamp at UNLV, gaining skills in computer networking and security information management, and have worked in various security roles, including as a Security Manager at Resorts World Las Vegas. Currently, Monica is the General Manager at NerdsToGo and a Web Content Manager at Gorilla Marketing, where they leverage their extensive experience in security and tech operations. Monica holds multiple degrees, including a Master of Arts in Criminology from Seattle University and a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice from Kaplan University.
