Kelley Hoffman

Kelley Hoffman serves as the Director of Product Management at NerdWallet since December 2021, having previously held senior management roles in both product management and product design. Prior to NerdWallet, Kelley was the Product & Design Lead at Lockstep, where contributions focused on improving efficiency in accounting processes. Experience includes a role as VP - User Experience Design Lead at JPMorgan Chase & Co. and positions at Accenture ranging from User Experience Designer to Business and Systems Integration Analyst Intern. Kelley's early career involved intern roles at Point B and Scout Analytics, supporting internal communications and data analysis respectively. Kelley holds a Bachelor of Science in Human Centered Design and Engineering from the University of Washington.
