Mike Peltzer

Mike Peltzer is an accomplished engineering leader dedicated to fostering inclusive cultures and building high-performing teams. They have held multiple roles, most recently as a Senior Engineering Manager for the SEO team at NerdWallet, where they focus on delivering scalable solutions aligned with company goals. In previous positions, Mike managed cross-functional teams at companies like Illumio and Alto Pharmacy, implementing agile methodologies and prioritizing diversity, equity, and inclusion in hiring practices. They have also contributed to significant improvements in product performance and team culture throughout their career in software engineering and project management. Mike is currently pursuing education at UCSC.
