Ryan McCargar

Ryan McCargar is an accomplished business leader with extensive experience in strategy, corporate development, and operational execution. From April 2021 to August 2023, Ryan served as General Manager of New Markets at NerdWallet, leading a cross-functional team to drive growth in the US Home Loans business and international markets, overseeing P&L and strategic operations. Prior roles at NerdWallet included Director and Senior Manager in Corporate Development & Strategy, focusing on M&A and strategic partnerships. In addition to experience at Kellogg School of Management as an MBA Candidate with a focus on Strategy and Finance, Ryan co-owns and operates Polkcha, bringing unique culinary experiences to the community. Early career experience includes working at American Express in venture investments and strategic partnerships. Ryan holds an MBA from Kellogg and a BBA in Accountancy from the University of Notre Dame.
